GENERAL • Management of AGI engineering concession team and provide technical support to production (internal and external). • With Quality department drive the zero defect plan for each AGI program. Deliver deviation permits and DARs according to the plan and delegation agreed with the design teams • Manage the configuration of the AGI product and the support of the associated tools (PLM) ACCOUNTABILITY Manage the concession agency team (direct reports split between France & Poland); ensure concession engineers are trained and developed, manage team load and capacity, recruit in line with agreed resourcing plan: o Ensures the proper application of the concession process o Prioritize the processing based on deadlines, delivery requirements, etc. o Continuous improvement of quality and productivity o Develop and update good practices for handling derogations in accordance with design rules and practices. o Support the team by providing technical recommendations and approving the deliverables (as reviewer and/or NCA) Develop with the quality department an action plan for defect reduction. Propose & implement scope for design changes according to agreed delegation from product design teams. Drive the configuration management in AGI o Ensure proper application of processes and propose ideas to continuously improve them o Ensure quality of the data in the PLM Drive the digital roadmap in AGI o Key PLM user for AGI o In contact with STS and the person in charge of the engineering tools in AGI, build and drive the engineering digital roadmap and associated project o Support transverse actions on AGI office sector to develop the digital tools
