-Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from international Material and Processes teams, PSE, Customer Support, Design, Technology and Quality teams at various stages of the Safran Aircraft Engines product lifecycle – development & aftermarket, in service & MRO. -Formal responding to customer queries within very tight schedules, e.g. Aircraft on Ground. -Preparing technical analyses in response to inquiries from customers regarding after-sales technical support.
