In a phase of significant growth and business development, Safran Aircraft Engines, through its joint venture SHAE located in Bangalore (India), specialized in the manufacturing of pipes, ducts & sheet metal brackets for aerospace applications, seeks to strengthen its team by recruiting through the INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME (VIE).

Main Responsibilities: Project Management: - Organize and lead planning and tasks related to the industrialization of over 200 new parts. - Guarantee adherence to planning, project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of each new development batch as well as the first production batch. - Oversee the qualification of samples, processes, and assembly. - Perform process risk analysis. Industrialization: - Build the industrialization file for each new product, defining key milestones and associated manufacturing processes. Reporting and Communication: - Serve as the main interface and representative of Safran Aircraft Engines at the SHAE site. - Provide weekly updates to the French Safran team regarding the progress of each product development. - Identify, communicate, and escalate any issues or risks promptly.

Disassembly Supervisor (D Supervisor or DSup) as a part of Oerations function will manage and coordinate the disassembly process for specific modules to enhance operational efficiency and quality. This role will act as a project management function, interfacing between Operations and Engineering departments. Eventually, the person will gain expertise in both these domains.

Main Responsibilities are as below- 1. Participation in Gate 0 o Actively participate in Gate 0 activities, contributing to Shop Visit Management and providing expertise on risk analysis & mitigation. 2. Project Management o Oversee the flow of parts post-disassembly (e.g., G1B, Check Inspection, PNR, expendables, etc.). o Anticipate Gate 3 requirements and raise requirement for parts in advance (based on configuration). 3. Technical Understanding o Demonstrate proficiency in workflow documentation (Service Orders 1 & 2) for the assigned module. o Liaise with Engineering to establish and maintain accurate Gate 1 documentation. 4. Shop Floor/Bay Support o Post G1A release of documentation and part flow management. o Provide technical support for deviations, acting as the link between the bay and Technical Support/Engineering. o Assist the bay with inspection tasks. 5. Coordination and Communication o Work closely with Line/Gate Managers to ensure proper alignment and integration of activities. o Provide regular updates to Line/Gate Managers on the progress of work. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and inspection. 6. Problem Solving o Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively. Lead the L2 QRQC in your area along with S,Q,C,D,P & I indicators with team and maintain the team performance within target. ➢ Prepare the preventive maintanence plan with adherence to plan and promote condition based and predictive maintanence ➢ Ensure 100% availability of the machines provided to different areas of operations ➢ Monitor and analyze the KPI (OEE, Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive maintanence execution) ➢ Lead the trouble shooting and consider breakdowns historical data to ensure the breakdown are not recurring with RCA methodologies ➢ Review internal SOP for the preventive maintanence and propose improvements in plan to minimize the downtime ➢ Perform the criticality assessment of the machines as per Safran standards ➢ To monitor and follow the workload capacity of critical equipment ➢ Stream line spare parts inventory management and keep the up to date track of inventory ➢ Rationalize intervention needs and optimize efficiency to keep the maintanence cost at minimal. ➢ Ensure the skill matrix is updated for the team and keep a check on the team capacity and access the critical skills with action plan ➢ Train and support maintanence teams & enforce maintanence standards ➢ Prepare the budget needed for the department in terms of OPEX and CAPEX and keep the budget within control. ➢ Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable for the teams using risk assessment methodology. ➢ Ensure the target maturity level is achieved as per OSR (One Safran Referential) standard for maintanence. ➢ Perform and organize the GEMBA walks along with the team and promote and demonstrate the continuous improvement mindset. Senior Supervisor Job Description • Reports to Gate Manager • Supervise Disassembly supervisors responsible for segregation of pats, modules during the engine, module/sub-module disassembly and support during assembly of the modules and engine. • Assembly /Disassembly/inspection of engines /Modules, in accordance with the applicable documents, respecting the safety and quality regulations. • Perform maintenance operations in accordance with the technical instructions, respecting the safety, quality and environmental norms. • Performs and certify detailed in-depth inspection, dimensional checks of parts, modules, sub modules and accessories as per valid maintenance data. • Ensure to follow all instructions and procedures according to quality manuals and established inspection standards. • Ensure all calibrated tools are in good condition and verification checks conducted prior to every use. • Record the inspections performed in approved format and upload them into IT systems. • Perform double verifications of the work performed as per technical quality procedures. • Ensure to maintain positive identification segregation as necessary • Prepare shop finding reports when non-conformity identified and disposition actions closed in service orders. • Reporting significant defects, discrepancies, incidents, accidents and ambiguities as per established company procedure. • Any other related work as instructed by the Safran Aircraft Engines Management to fulfil company requirements regarding engine operations function.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of Digital Services initiatives in product/services mode. You will manage end-to-end execution (scope/schedule/cost/quality), run governance, support Agile/hybrid delivery, and ensure build-to-run readiness including adoption and support transition. You will work across business, IT/platform, architects, data/AI, DevOps and QA teams, using mentioned tools for delivery tracking and reporting. Function: Digital Services projects management and delivery (Build → Industrialize → Run/Support) Role : Lead end-to-end delivery of digital services/products (AI/GenAI, data, cloud platforms, PLM/engineering digital, automation) with strong governance, process compliance,predictable control on scope,schedule,cost and quality.10+ years leading complex digital/IT/data transformation projects in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
