Descrizione dell'incarico :
Lead the L2 QRQC in your area along with S,Q,C,D,P & I indicators with team and maintain the team performance within target. ➢ Prepare the preventive maintanence plan with adherence to plan and promote condition based and predictive maintanence ➢ Ensure 100% availability of the machines provided to different areas of operations ➢ Monitor and analyze the KPI (OEE, Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive maintanence execution) ➢ Lead the trouble shooting and consider breakdowns historical data to ensure the breakdown are not recurring with RCA methodologies ➢ Review internal SOP for the preventive maintanence and propose improvements in plan to minimize the downtime ➢ Perform the criticality assessment of the machines as per Safran standards ➢ To monitor and follow the workload capacity of critical equipment ➢ Stream line spare parts inventory management and keep the up to date track of inventory ➢ Rationalize intervention needs and optimize efficiency to keep the maintanence cost at minimal. ➢ Ensure the skill matrix is updated for the team and keep a check on the team capacity and access the critical skills with action plan ➢ Train and support maintanence teams & enforce maintanence standards ➢ Prepare the budget needed for the department in terms of OPEX and CAPEX and keep the budget within control. ➢ Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable for the teams using risk assessment methodology. ➢ Ensure the target maturity level is achieved as per OSR (One Safran Referential) standard for maintanence. ➢ Perform and organize the GEMBA walks along with the team and promote and demonstrate the continuous improvement mindset. Stay up to date with technical and regulatory developments and have good knowledge on maintenance standards (EN13306 & ISO15341). ➢ Oversee mandatory inspections and safety maintanence plans ➢ Apply methodologies such as Lean management, RCA and FMEA. ➢ Keep an up to date track of parts obsolescence and propose solutions in co-oridnation with central teams. ➢ Contribute to investment projects (CAPEX) working with project managers. ➢ Ensure compliance of data in the CMMS ➢ Ensure the integration of machines and equipments as per Safran requirements. ➢ HSE regulations and compliance of machines, processes and products

Communicate with the central team/external customer • Communicate with customer regarding the product quality issues,validate and send answers to customer complaints through 8D analysis • Maintain internal and external defects details with RCCA • Initiation of the applicable derogation for the LEAP program Manage the supplier defects and Quarantine area • Decision making on the supplier defects and taking it forward to the SPM team for the further process • Ensure RCQ has been initiated on the supplier defects • Enusre the quarantine trakcer is up to date and well maintained Ex:Defect description,MRB tracker Etc..  At least 5-10 years of experience in documents control process or equivalent at an aerospace or equivalent industry  Produce FAI & DVI Actions and support APQP deliverables  Quality tool application (8D,FMEA,Audits etc..)  GB Certified  Aerospace product (Wiring harness) and process environment  Fluent English speaking and writing  Good knowledge on the RCCA parameters  Knowledge on aeronautical quality and regulatory standards (ISO9001,AS/EN9100,PART21,PART145 Etc..)

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities • Follow, maintain and manage under control the tooling calibration activities as required by the related processes and requirements • Lead the L2 QRQC in your area along with S,Q,C,D,P & I indicators with team and maintain the team performance within target. • Ensure there is no delay (Target : 100% On time) in tool issuing to production coming from regular calibration, repair or replacement. • Having strong knowledge in problem solving with right methodology like Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FTA, Pareto diagrams, SPC etc.. and eliminate the issue permanently • Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments and equipment calibration per the required standards • Ensure the appropriate implementation of calibration and maintenance of tools per defined schedule • Ensure external calibration tools control including related records • Guarantee proper alignment and update of calibration activities in accordance to Safran standards and applicable customer requirements • Ensure proper tooling identification and calibration status • Ensure calibration measurements and records are produced accurately and consistently and maintain consistent calibration system information, inputs and data • Ensure proper care and management of tools inventory under calibration, including tools integrity • Ensure proper care and management of calibration spare parts • Support the achievement of the organization objectives • Provide support on related tools/product testing as required • Prepare documentation, charts and reports as required by the relevant processes • Manage and control activities of calibration premises and technicians • Ensure the skill matrix is updated for the team and keep a check on the team capacity and access the critical skills with action plan • Prepare the budget needed for the department in terms of OPEX and CAPEX and keep the budget within control. • Identify and propose improvement opportunities • Perform Improvement projects per the defined plans • Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable. • Ensure the 5S score is above the target and be a custodian of 5S activities along with team and continuously improve the systems • Perform training for the new comers and continuously keep the training modules up to date along with training department to impart the tool handling and usage from the start of operators journey.

• Manage all Import and Export operations including documentation, compliance, and coordination with customs authorities. • Ensure adherence to DTA (Domestic Tariff Area) and SEZ (Special Economic Zone) regulations for all shipments. • Coordinate shipping activities including carrier selection, booking, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization. • Maintain accurate records for all SEZ and DTA transactions and support audits as required. • Develop strategic transportation plans by analyzing schedules, routings, and consolidation opportunities. • Maintain and analyze freight spend data; identify areas of opportunity and drive corrective actions. • Communicate risk and mitigation plans around external logistics. • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, macros). • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. • Lead digitalization and automation projects for reporting and process improvement. • Perform other duties as assigned, including training and administration.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (CSCP/CLTD preferred). • Work Experience – Technical Knowledge: 5–8 years' experience in logistics, with strong exposure to import/export, DTA/SEZ operations, and shipping. • Professional Skills: Fluent in English; Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel; Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes and relevant tools; Good communication behavior. • Behavioral Skills: Able to work independently; Show pro-active thinking; Able to communicate clearly. • Desirable Aspects: SAP WM; French language.
