Job Summary Based on COMAC C919 FAL, you will work within the team assigned to the COMAC assembly line to provide technical support on all products delivered by Safran Cabin for cabin outfitting. You will work on Safran Cabin products to restore them to compliance in accordance with the fundamentals of trade, and applicable standards at Safran Cabin and at the customer's site with best practices. Main Responsibilities For each intervention to be performed, whose list will have been defined during the daily team meeting: • Collect the necessary documentation framing the intervention (NCR disposition, work procedures/Rework Instructions, etc.) from your leader and/or Safran home base. • Be able to independently carry out required interventions on Safran Cabin products. • Manage the warehouse for safety stock when needed. • Receive the NC report from customer and archiving. • Prepare replacement parts from the warehouse and send them to the service area • Retrieve tools and consumables in the FAL logistics area allocated to the program concerned. • Leave the area clean and free of debris and perform a complete inventory of your tools, parts, and consumables (FOD). • Coordinate with the station manager for the intervention. • Inspect the rework and stamp on the rework record before submitting it to customer. • You will close the non-conformity in the internal traceability tool CRM. • You will return removed parts to the quarantine area, ensuring correct completion of the rejection label. • Join customer's incoming inspection, take photos before and after unpacking. Archiving the photos in OSS share folder. • Be trained in various rework techniques, both general and specific, relevant to their scope of activities (e.g., cosmetic touch-ups, insert installation, torque tightening, adjustment/replacement/assembly of parts). • Know the specificities of the program on which they operate (Safran Cabin product, Home Base organization if applicable). • Responsible for investigating the liability for the non-conformities. • Place the part order to home base when needed for the rework. Similarly, the position, which may exist at other OSS intervention sites, may cover varying responsibilities depending on the team size, local organization, distribution of responsibilities within the team, and customer organization.

Basic Requirement The position requires good technical skills, discipline, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work as part of a team. As a direct interface with the customer and representative of the company on-site, the Operator must consistently display exemplary appearance and behavior. Ideally capable of communicating in Chinese, the technical support staff should be able to explain to the customer the work performed, if necessary. The position requires great flexibility and availability. The Technical support staff must be able to withstand pressure, both internal and external, and remain calm under all circumstances to ensure optimal communication.

Team Management and Operations Coordination The OSS Technical Coordinator Leader in Shanghai shall • Retrieve and analyze the list of non-conformities raised by the Customer / Final Customer ; • Determine and justify the liability of each non-conformity raised ; • Retrieve documentation (drawings and/or specification and/or rework instruction) from the Safran Cabin information system to define/confirm the rework intervention sequence on A/C ; • Assess and confirm the need for replacement parts as necessary to complete the intervention - Check on-site hospital stock and inventory on other sites and place the necessary orders/replenishment orders in the system, with support from the Toulouse OSS team as necessary ; • Assess the need for assistance from the Customer prior to OSS interventions and raise requests accordingly; • Plan the FAL interventions taking into consideration the following priorities ; o A/C Milestone priorities on the current day, if any ; o Open items (NC's) in specified reactivity window ; o A/C Milestone priorities on the following days, if any ; The listed interventions for the day shall include an extra buffer to be used in the event of unforeseen situations (ex: no access in aircraft requiring re-scheduling); • Communicate the list of interventions planned during the day to the OSS operational team intervening on A/C and collect feedback at the end of the working shift – re-schedule any intervention which could not be completed. Lors des campagnes de ventes moteurs et/ou services, le ou la Responsable des Opérations Commerciales contribue activement à l'élaboration des offres commerciales qui seront présentées aux compagnies aériennes, loueurs ou ateliers de maintenance. Il ou elle coordonne l'ensemble des acteurs internes Safran AE et des partenaires GE pour obtenir les approbations nécessaires dans les délais requis. Il ou elle est le point de contact pour toute question relative à l'élaboration des offres. Il ou elle assure la transmission des éléments validés aux équipes commerciales et aux partenaires. Il ou elle est également en charge de la rédaction ou de la revue de tous les types d'offres commerciales et participe activement à la négociation des contrats de vente moteurs et/ou services jusqu'à leur signature. Il ou elle s'assure de la cohérence entre les approbations obtenues et le contenu des offres remises et que les documents finaux reflètent avec précision les accords et obligations mutuels entre CFM et ses clients. Il ou elle contribue aussi au développement d'une relation étroite et fluide entre les équipes opérations commerciales de Safran Aircraft Engines et celles du partenaire GE Aerospace afin d'optimiser les délais de remise d'offres aux clients.

A ce poste, vous devez être à l'aise dans le management transverse et dans la gestion multi projets. Etant donné l'environnement international de la société, votre anglais doit être parfaitement maitrisé (à l'oral comme à l'écrit). C'est la langue utilisée quotidiennement dans nos écrits comme nos échanges verbaux avec nos clients et notre partenaire GE. Il est également nécessaire que vous maitrisiez la rédaction de clauses contractuelles en anglais pour soutenir les négociations avec nos clients. D'un esprit rigoureux et ouvert sur la nouveauté et sur le partage de positions, vous allez devoir mobiliser des équipes pluridisciplinaires, dans l'esprit du Leadership Safran pour gagner les campagnes de vente. Votre capacité de synthèse sera nécessaire pour formaliser les demandes de validation d'offres de la direction générale de Safran Aircraft Engines et Safran et votre capacité d'écoute sera utilisée tout au long des négociations.

Reporting directly to the HOD of Supply Chain, your role will be to ensure that products sourced from the Business Units (BUs) and external suppliers are made available to internal customers in the required quantities, on time, and in line with quality rules and economic objectives. As part of the Supply Chain organization and with the aim of ensuring the continuity of repair production: • Defining the procurement parameters in the MRP item master sections and in Supply Chain contracts consistent with the inventory objectives and industrial strategy (in accordance with the defined budgets) • Analyzing and measuring inventory completeness levels • Analyzing, processing, confirming, and issuing the production needs/demand to the supplier • Ensuring that all Purchase Order Requests (POR) are processed • Processing and managing external procurement (excluding non-production purchases) to ensure the operational performance of the supplier panel in terms of quality and lead-times. • Confirming deliveries for the coming week • Analyzing deliveries that are not or will not be honoured, requesting a new date from the BUs in Europe, US and Asia or external suppliers (Revised Date), and updating them • Negotiating lead times/quantities with suppliers within the contractual framework set by purchasing • Monitoring the progress of manufacturing at the supplier's plants, managing Orders aknowledgements, monitoring flow till receipt, following up the handling of administrative disputes/discrepancies, and following up with suppliers • Managing suppliers return flows • Monitoring suppliers capacity and providing forecast to suppliers. • Monitoring and analyzing suppliers performance in coordination with the HOD Supply Chain and, if supplier targets are not met, implementing the internal and external action plans in coordination with the central Supply Chain teams. Efficiency criterion: reliability of transmitted data • Handling exception messages (release an order, advancing, postponing, cancelling an order, end date overrun, late release, etc.) from the material requirement plan • Suggesting solutions in the event of shortage parts (exchanges between Shops to find solutions) • Setting up weekly purchase order lists reviews with the Coordinator & BUs • Performing financial reconciliations of PNs • Participating in the Supply Chain / Procurement department's Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) • Participate in new capability set-up on initial provisioning for spares • Ensure Quarantine dispositions are acted promptly • Rectify PO/ Invoice & Inventory variances • Any other duties Ensuring compliance with standards and improving them: • Applying safety and operating standards (quality, lead times, 5S, maintenance) • Updating standards by proposing improvements • Participating in improvement projects

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management • 3 to 5 years' experience or successful initial experience as a procurement Specialist, material planner or buyer in manufacturing or MRO environment is a good asset for the position. • Ability to use business systems and management tools: ERP,Supplier portal, etc. • Good knowledge and understanding of MRP2 principles • Basic knowledge of business economics • Knowledge of the basic rules of customs and transport • Knowledge of suppliers contractual framework • Ability to work as a team • Possess good interpersonal and instructional skills • Project management experience • Well organized and excellent follow-up strategy
