Job Summary: Resolve technical problems regarding maintenance operations and provide recommendations on improving equipment and facility operating efficiencies. Assist with upkeep and allocation of all aspects of our physical facilities and resources. Summary of Duties: • Install conduit for newly installed machines and using hand tools • Trouble shoot and repair/replace mechanical equipment. • Assist with retrofitting outdated lighting throughout the building. • Assist with maintaining HVAC/RTAC units. • Assist with repairing HVAC/RTAC units and Air Handler units on roof top • Assist with repair and replace VAV box heaters, motors, and controls • Set-up of various types of production equipment (including: DMS & Thermwood CNC machine, Oil heaters, Dust collection system, Presses, etc.) • Perform equipment and building maintenance PM's. • Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment • Assist with all types of building maintenance • Welding & Fabrication (Level 2) • Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machine and equipment (Level 2) Working Conditions: 1. Does require fluent communication in English language 2. Employment Status may be part-time, full-time, or temporary 3. Traveling may be required 4. Protracted or irregular hours may be required 5. Relocation to another Safran facility may be required 6. Standard workweek often exceeds 40 hours/week

Level 3 Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma Experience: 5- 7 years. Dans un contexte de structuration et de montée en maturité du Service Projets et Environnement de Travail de l'établissement de Massy, nous recherchons un profil polyvalent capable d'articuler pilotage économique, performance opérationnelle et maîtrise des outils techniques. Ce poste contribue directement à la maîtrise des coûts et à la performance des infrastructures de l'établissement pour cela vous serez rattaché directement au Responsable Projet et Environnement de Travail. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes : 1. Pilotage économique et Project Management Office (PMO) Véritable bras droit du pilotage des l'activités Projets et Environnement de travail, vous : • Coordonnez la planification globale et assurez le suivi économique (OPEX), avec une vision consolidée des coûts à terminaison. • Pilotez les investissements (CAPEX), de l'expression du besoin à la mise en service comptable, en lien étroit avec le contrôle de gestion. • Déployez et structurez les méthodes projet et administrez les outils associés . • Réalisez des analyses technico-économiques à forte valeur ajoutée (énergie, contrats FM, restauration, flotte…). • Concevez et faites évoluer les KPI et tableaux de bord, garantissant lisibilité et fiabilité des données. • Identifiez les écarts, alertez sur les dérives et proposez des scénarios d'arbitrage argumentés. • Contribuez à la structuration des processus de pilotage et à l'amélioration continue des pratiques. • Préparez les instances de gouvernance (hebdomadaires et mensuelles). • Assurez un reporting consolidé et analytique à destination de la Direction d'établissement. • Suivez les composantes du patrimoine immobilier (baux, charges, assurances, fiscalité). 2. Administration GMAO / GTC et maîtrise des données techniques : Garant du socle technique et de la qualité de la donnée, vous assurez l'administration des outils de maintenance vous GMAO (Planon) : • Assurez la structuration des référentiels (équipements, gammes, arborescences) • Etes garant-e de la fiabilisation et du maintien des bases de données 3. Interface transverse et structuration de l'activité À l'interface des différents pôles (Environnement de travail, Projets & Aménagements, Énergie), vous : • Assurez la cohérence des flux d'information et des indicateurs • Facilitez la coordination entre équipes techniques, projets et fonctions support • Contribuez à la structuration des processus internes et à la montée en maturité du service • Participez et être force de proposition dans les scénarios d'aménagement/déménagement • Produisez les tableaux de bord d'occupation

Formation : Bac+4 ou BAC+5 en PMO, Maintenance ou avec une expérience équivalente. Expérience : Minimum 5 ans. Competences: - Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et des outils de GMAO. - Solide capacité d'analyse technico-économique. - Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, autonomie. - Excellente communication et aptitude à travailler en réseau. Discrétion et fiabilité dans le traitement des données.

Plan, organize & direct to the team for periodic monitoring and maintenance of facility means like Electrical systems, DG & Transformers, HVAC, Chillers, Fire protection system, water treatment processes, Compressors, etc.. Oversees utilities consumption and implement cost savings ideas / solutions. Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture. Periodic Inspection of building structure and Identify need of repairs or renovations. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments. Manage improvement drives such as 5'S, kaizen and continues improvement activities. Manage low carbon activities to meet defined objectives by reduction in energy consumption, renewable energy deployment, waste control, etc. Manage, coach and develop a high performing team of technicians that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. Analyze reports, records and data, prepare action plans to improve performance. Shift operational planning, resources identification and deployment with proper allocation of work assignments. Monitoring of shift performance, consolidation of shift data and prepare management information reports (MIS). Ensure safety of equipment's and employees while work activities are performed. For external workers or suppliers, work permit and associated trainings are done in advance and team is qualified to work.
