Parlons des missions qui vous feront décoller…✈ Le site de Safran Aircraft Engines Châtellerault compte près de 1 100 salariés et a pour spécialité la réparation de moteurs d'aviation civile et militaire. Au sein de la ligne modules de la direction de la maintenance des moteurs militaires, vos missions principales seront : - Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de performance de l'atelier en matière de SQCDPI, conformément aux engagements clients. - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus, des méthodes et de la performance opérationnelle. - Développer les compétences de l'équipe en favorisant la polyvalence, l'autonomie, la coopération transverse et l'innovation, conformément au modèle de leadership Safran. - Être l'interface avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires production/réparation et hors production (BE, clients,etc) - Identifier les besoins et lancer des demandes d'achat de petits investissements et identifier les besoins en investissement à fort enjeux - Assurer la capitalisation des expériences et la montée en compétences des équipes - Développer la polyvalence et la poly compétence transverse d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, l'autonomie, la transversalité et l'innovation en s'appuyant sur le modèle de leadership - Tutorer les nouveaux agents de maîtrise et contribuer au plan d'intégration des agents de maîtrise - Décliner le plan de progrès dans son périmètre et contribuer aux lots de projets de transformation (chantiers one safran, usine du futur, etc...) - S'assurer du respect des règles sociales, hygiène, sécurité, sureté… - Incarner et promouvoir une culture SSE exemplaire afin de garantir la sécurité des collaborateurs et la maîtrise des risques. Management d'une équipe d'environ 20 salariés et fonctionnel avec un gestionnaire de production et un support technique.

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+2/3 et vous disposez d'une 1ère expérience réussite en management - Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum réussite dans un environnement industriel, méthode ou production - Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de leadership, vous savez fédérer les équipes et vous aimez relever des défis - Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et force de proposition. - Bonnes capacités de communication (à l'écrit comme à l'oral) - Pilotage de chantiers d'améliorations (ONE SAFRAN, green belt,...) est un plus

Au sein du CEI habillage et équipements, l'unité de Montage & Réparation d'équipements hydromécaniques assure la montage, la réparation et les essais des équipements hydromécaniques pour les moteurs M88, M53 & TP400. En tant que responsable de cette unité, vous serez chargé(e) de : • Manager une équipe de 90 personnes multi-métiers couvrant le montage, les essais, le bureau des méthodes, la supply chain, la logistique et la maintenance, • Piloter l'activité opérationnelle dans le respect des objectifs sécurité, qualité, coûts, délais et environnement (SQCDP) • Participer à l'élaboration du PMT de l'unité ( Gestion des ETP, budget de fonctionnement, investissements, etc..) • Assurer la gestion des compétences, le développement des équipes et l'accompagnement au changement, • Piloter et être garant du PDP/PIC de l'unité • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients internes et externes (autres secteurs du CEI, D2M, clients militaires…) • Participer aux travaux d'industrialisation de nouveaux équipements et de montée en cadence, • Piloter les actions de progrès, la transformation digitale et l'intégration de nouvelles technologies sur l'unité.

• Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe pluridisciplinaire industrielle • Forte capacité à fédérer, accompagner et faire grandir les équipes, • Connaissance des contraintes supply chain et logistique industrielle, • Connaissance des environnements de production et/ou réparation dans le secteur aéronautique, • Connaissance technique en équipements hydromécaniques, mécanique des fluides, bancs de tests et process industriels, • Sens des priorités, rigueur, organisation, leadership, communication, • Goût pour le terrain, la résolution de problèmes et la gestion de projets • Expérience en amélioration continue et en pilotage de transformations,
