Main Responsibilities: Project Management: - Organize and lead planning and tasks related to the industrialization of over 200 new parts. - Guarantee adherence to planning, project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of each new development batch as well as the first production batch. - Oversee the qualification of samples, processes, and assembly. - Perform process risk analysis. Industrialization: - Build the industrialization file for each new product, defining key milestones and associated manufacturing processes. Reporting and Communication: - Serve as the main interface and representative of Safran Aircraft Engines at the SHAE site. - Provide weekly updates to the French Safran team regarding the progress of each product development. - Identify, communicate, and escalate any issues or risks promptly.

Position description :
Disassembly Supervisor (D Supervisor or DSup) as a part of Oerations function will manage and coordinate the disassembly process for specific modules to enhance operational efficiency and quality. This role will act as a project management function, interfacing between Operations and Engineering departments. Eventually, the person will gain expertise in both these domains.

Main Responsibilities are as below- 1. Participation in Gate 0 o Actively participate in Gate 0 activities, contributing to Shop Visit Management and providing expertise on risk analysis & mitigation. 2. Project Management o Oversee the flow of parts post-disassembly (e.g., G1B, Check Inspection, PNR, expendables, etc.). o Anticipate Gate 3 requirements and raise requirement for parts in advance (based on configuration). 3. Technical Understanding o Demonstrate proficiency in workflow documentation (Service Orders 1 & 2) for the assigned module. o Liaise with Engineering to establish and maintain accurate Gate 1 documentation. 4. Shop Floor/Bay Support o Post G1A release of documentation and part flow management. o Provide technical support for deviations, acting as the link between the bay and Technical Support/Engineering. o Assist the bay with inspection tasks. 5. Coordination and Communication o Work closely with Line/Gate Managers to ensure proper alignment and integration of activities. o Provide regular updates to Line/Gate Managers on the progress of work. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and inspection. 6. Problem Solving o Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
