Job Summary Based on COMAC C919 FAL, you will work within the team assigned to the COMAC assembly line to provide technical support on all products delivered by Safran Cabin for cabin outfitting. You will work on Safran Cabin products to restore them to compliance in accordance with the fundamentals of trade, and applicable standards at Safran Cabin and at the customer's site with best practices. Main Responsibilities For each intervention to be performed, whose list will have been defined during the daily team meeting: • Collect the necessary documentation framing the intervention (NCR disposition, work procedures/Rework Instructions, etc.) from your leader and/or Safran home base. • Be able to independently carry out required interventions on Safran Cabin products. • Manage the warehouse for safety stock when needed. • Receive the NC report from customer and archiving. • Prepare replacement parts from the warehouse and send them to the service area • Retrieve tools and consumables in the FAL logistics area allocated to the program concerned. • Leave the area clean and free of debris and perform a complete inventory of your tools, parts, and consumables (FOD). • Coordinate with the station manager for the intervention. • Inspect the rework and stamp on the rework record before submitting it to customer. • You will close the non-conformity in the internal traceability tool CRM. • You will return removed parts to the quarantine area, ensuring correct completion of the rejection label. • Join customer's incoming inspection, take photos before and after unpacking. Archiving the photos in OSS share folder. • Be trained in various rework techniques, both general and specific, relevant to their scope of activities (e.g., cosmetic touch-ups, insert installation, torque tightening, adjustment/replacement/assembly of parts). • Know the specificities of the program on which they operate (Safran Cabin product, Home Base organization if applicable). • Responsible for investigating the liability for the non-conformities. • Place the part order to home base when needed for the rework. Basic Requirement The position requires good technical skills, discipline, rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work as part of a team. As a direct interface with the customer and representative of the company on-site, the Operator must consistently display exemplary appearance and behavior. Ideally capable of communicating in Chinese, the technical support staff should be able to explain to the customer the work performed, if necessary. The position requires great flexibility and availability. The Technical support staff must be able to withstand pressure, both internal and external, and remain calm under all circumstances to ensure optimal communication.

Team Management and Operations Coordination The OSS Technical Coordinator Leader in Shanghai shall • Retrieve and analyze the list of non-conformities raised by the Customer / Final Customer ; • Determine and justify the liability of each non-conformity raised ; • Retrieve documentation (drawings and/or specification and/or rework instruction) from the Safran Cabin information system to define/confirm the rework intervention sequence on A/C ; • Assess and confirm the need for replacement parts as necessary to complete the intervention - Check on-site hospital stock and inventory on other sites and place the necessary orders/replenishment orders in the system, with support from the Toulouse OSS team as necessary ; • Assess the need for assistance from the Customer prior to OSS interventions and raise requests accordingly; • Plan the FAL interventions taking into consideration the following priorities ; o A/C Milestone priorities on the current day, if any ; o Open items (NC's) in specified reactivity window ; o A/C Milestone priorities on the following days, if any ; The listed interventions for the day shall include an extra buffer to be used in the event of unforeseen situations (ex: no access in aircraft requiring re-scheduling); • Communicate the list of interventions planned during the day to the OSS operational team intervening on A/C and collect feedback at the end of the working shift – re-schedule any intervention which could not be completed. Key performance indicators: • OSS reactivity (% of interventions closed within the reactivity window specified by the Customer) ; • OSS efficiency (% of tasks completed versus planned over the day) • OSS re-open rate (% of interventions re-open by the Customer, either due to administrative issue or poor rework quality – OSS Quality indicator) Logistic Support The OSS Technical Coordinator Leader in Shanghai shall: • Organize and manage hospital stock on site, including storage and transportation (pending stockroom availability from the Customer); • Analyze and optimize logistic procedures on site as deemed necessary for greater efficiency ; • Review, prepare, and route part requests in the system ; • Follow-up status of shipments to and from Home Base ; • Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity - Address and resolve shipment issues ; • Address and resolve inventory discrepancies if any ; • Liaise and negotiate with Suppliers and Retailers as necessary to support operations; • Answer Customer queries

As a fully owned subsidiary of Safran Electronics & Defense, Safran Electronics & Defense Australasia Pty Ltd (SEDA) delivers and supports various products including high-performance optronics and inertial navigation equipment. Headquartered in Sydney, SEDA brings local expertise in the integration of optronics and navigation systems for the air, land, and naval platforms of the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading, maintaining, and continually improving SEDA's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with Safran Group policies, defense and regulatory requirements, and ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001). In this role, you will be responsible for: Maintain and align a unified IMS with Safran Group policies, ensuring compliance with reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements across the product lifecycle. Foster a strong quality and safety culture through proactive risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Drive manufacturing process controls, root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) on the production floor. Lead document control, internal and supplier audits, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Serve as the primary contact for audits, customer quality assurance, and certification bodies. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances to drive process improvement. Collect, analyse, and report statistical quality data; update key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics. Compile and submit reports to Safran Electronics & Defense headquarters, relating to quality performance and initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement through QMS data and trend analysis. Promote and deploy the QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) methodology throughout the organisation. Organise and facilitate Business & Corruption Risk meetings, and monitor ongoing risk management activities. Deliver quality-related training and ongoing support for QRQC and problem-solving techniques.

To be successful in this role you must have : • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or in a related technical field (e.g., Avionics, Electronics or Optronics). • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing QMS certified to ISO 9001 standards, and a strong understanding of AS9100, including experience with ISO 45001. • Strong experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). • Proven experience within a defense, regulated environment. • Exposure to project management in system and product lifecycle (from R&D through production to support). • Lead Auditor certification, Six Sigma Green Belt and AQAP knowledge are highly regarded.
