Support technique montage • Etre le point focal technique pour GE concernant toutes les problématiques de montage. • Participer aux réunions montage avec la France, • Rédiger les Work Order des activités à réaliser par GE sur les modules ou pièces de responsabilité Safran Aircraft Engines. • Rédiger un compte-rendu quotidien d'avancement montage • Réaliser le suivi des ITT / Work Order à appliquer • Formaliser le retour d'expérience des difficultés de montage rencontrées par GE sur les pièces de responsabilité Safran Aircraft Engines. • Participer aux chaines hôpital éventuelles. • Piloter les interventions majeures de responsabilité Safran Aircraft Engines. • Suivre les évolutions de configuration et s'assurer que les configurations modules sont compatibles des configuration moteur. Qualité • Récupérer les Work Order signés et les ITT signées afin de les transmettre aux équipes de Villaroche pour mise à jour des systèmes qualité • Rédiger les GE-PI concernant les anomalies sur module ou pièce Snecma découvertes par GE • Participer aux différentes instances qualité: réunion hebdo qualité montage, réunion hebdo de suivi GE-QI,...etc. Logistique • Gérer le stock de sécurité de Durham. • Suivre les manquants modules, s'assurer que les ship short sont bien expédiés et fournir les informations d'expédition aux différents interlocuteurs. • Commander les pièces de remplacement suivant besoin. Plan de progrès • Identifier les points durs et proposer des solutions d'amélioration • Piloter 1 a 2 actions de progrès d'ici la fin de son VIE

Le ou la candidat(e) devra être doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un sens développé du support au client. La capacité à évoluer dans un contexte tendu (spécifique aux livraisons) est également indispensable. Des capacités de synthèse et d'analyse sont nécessaires au même titre qu'une excellente réactivité, une grande disponibilité et la faculté à s'adapter à des situations complexes et des cultures diverses.

Summary/Objective: The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Customer Service and Support Division (CSSD) spares warehouse. This 10,000 sq ft warehouse provides Safran Nacelles spares support for the Americas airline operators. The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is a key member of the supply chain team responsible for executing shipping activities, maintenance of shipping records to facilitate tracking, and proactive daily/weekly status reporting. They will also ensure exceptional inventory management of warehouse materials and inventory reporting. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: • Ensuring adherence to all Quality and HSE procedures, promoting a safe and compliant work environment. • Coordinating and executing shipping activities, such as preparing, packaging, and dispatching finished goods in accordance with established procedures and delivery schedule • Verifying accuracy of shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and documentation prior to release. • Ensuring proper handling, storage, and transport of materials to prevent damage or loss. • Providing shipping details to customers as requested and maintaining shipping records to facilitate tracking • Supporting the Import and Export Compliance Control Specialist in preparing and filing export compliance documentation • Coordinating and reporting all inventory activities to enable the achievement of reliable targets to optimize inventory levels and costs • Ensuring accurate material movements and real time updates in the ERP system • Ensuring full compliance with shelf-life controls, monitoring expiry dates and maintaining accurate stock integrity in the ERP system • Answering the shipping and receiving door during business hours, including loading and unloading inbound/outbound shipments. • Carrying out cycle counts and processing results through the system • Actively participating in a continuous improvement culture providing recommendations and implementing enhancements to current methods and procedures. Continually improving the workspace through 5S. • Other duties as assigned

Education/Certifications: Minimum: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Experience : Required: More than 3 years of related experience working in a Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics environment. Preferred: More than 5 years of related experience working in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or aerospace manufacturing.
