Here, our teams will deliver top-tier Business and Economy Class seats, supporting airline partners.
To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking a Production Planning & Control Manager – a key role at the heart of our growth. The objective is to lead the site's short term planning function, converting the Master Production Schedule into executable and enabled production schedules for all work centres.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading daily and weekly production scheduling activities in alignment with ERP requirements and the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Translating mid-term MPS plans into actionable shop-floor schedules, accounting for available capacity and part enablement.
- Defining scheduling time fences and rules in coordination with Operations and Logistics teams.
- Managing work center prioritization, balancing resources, and addressing delivery and efficiency targets.
- Identifying and coordinating responses to component shortage risks, supporting material flow and expediting actions as required.
- Overseeing planning parameter reviews, including ERP data accuracy and planning metrics.
- Driving daily and weekly planning reviews, monitoring schedule adherence and coordinating recovery actions.
- Supporting the implementation of engineering changes in the ERP for new and existing production programs.
- Managing supply chain elements for shop floor execution and resolving Manufacturing Order issues.
- Ensuring all Production Planning & Control (PPC) processes are properly documented and compliant with business and quality standards.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting digital transformation, and promoting lean methodologies across planning activities.
- Coaching and developing a team of 3-4 Production Schedulers, ensuring effective performance and workload management.

But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)

Experience with APICS/CPIM certification, lean practices, or AS9100 traceability is an advantage.

Candidate skills & requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and shop floor scheduling management, preferably in aviation or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for Material Management and Production Planning.
- Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in production planning metrics.
- Experience in capacity planning and ability to develop recovery plans.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and basic analytical software tools.
