Job description

Lead the deployment of the 5S methodology across the organization.​

Conduct periodic 5S audits to achieve and maintain the targets.​

Raise 5S non-conformance reports and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are completed within established timelines.​

Promote and facilitate Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process from idea generation to recognition.​

Select and propose the top innovations each month for formal recognition and organize events to celebrate the winners.​

Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) maturity at various organizational levels, providing guidance and support to leaders to drive further improvement.​

Follow the lean projects progress and update the associated KPIs and dashboard. ​

Track, report, and update IMP (Improvement) KPIs.​

Candidate skills & requirements

Data Analysis, Data Consolidation and Reporting. ​

Business Excellence for manufacturing/automotive Industry.

Experience in supporting and monitoring of Continuous Improvement activities.​

Ability to motivate teams for better participation towards continuous improvement activities.​
