Job description

1. Follow HSE responsibility 遵守HSE责任
2. Management of QMS管理质量管理体系
1) According to quality management system requirements (such as ISO9001， ISO9100, ISO17025, etc.) Organize relevant department personnel to prepare system process documents, guidance manuals, form records, etc. 根据质量管理体系要求（如，ISO9001，ISO9100，ISO17025等），组织相关部门人员编制体系流程文件，指导书，表格记录等。
2) Establish quality management system audit rules and processes, complete audit plans on schedule, monitor audit findings and their corrective progress, and confirm the effectiveness of corrective actions. Monitor and manage the operation of CAR/PAR 建立质量管理体系审核规则与流程，按期完成审核计划，监控审核发现及其整改进度，确认整改有效性。监控和管理CAR/PAR的运行。
3) Compile and organize management reviews to identify operational risks and deviations of the company, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's operational management level 编制和组织管理评审，识别公司运营风险和偏差，为持续提升公司运营管理水平做出贡献。
4) Confidential management of document 文件保密性管理
3. Review the effectiveness management of documents, According to the group's document archiving requirements, managing archive categories and expiration dates. Regularly review external international/industry standards, customer standards, and promptly upload updated documents to the company's document management system, initiate and monitor document review and update implementation. 审查文件有效性管理。按照集团文件存档要求，管理存档类别，有效期。定期审查外部国际/行业标准，客户标准，并及时将更新文件上传至公司文件管理系统，发起和监控文件评审与贯彻。
4. Organize quality habilitation training, edit and update the training material.组织质量意识培训，编辑和更新培训材料。
5. Concession applying超差呈报
1) Prepare the files requested by concession, submit to customer for approval. Monitor the treatment of concession/DA准备超差呈报所需文件，提交给客户审核，监控超差呈报/DA的处理进度
2) Support to analyze the deviation. Update the concession recording table timely, including PC协助组织偏差分析,及时更新超差呈报台账，包括PC.
6. ENQA parts treatment 客户退货处理
7. 20mins audit 20分钟审核
8. Supplier quality audit 供应商质量审核
9. Quarantine general management 隔离间总体管理

Candidate skills & requirements

1. Basic knowledge on casting, mechanics, materials or related majors
2. Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 quality system
3. Familiar with quality management and quality tools, such as FMEA, 8D, control plan, process capability, statistical analysis, problem solving skills etc.
4. Capable of leading quality problem solving & quality improvement
5. Fluent in written and oral English
6. Proficient in using office software
7. Good quality sense, ownership sense for work
8. Good at communication, organization among cross function team
