Job description

The Quality Engineer is responsible for Quality Control activities at in establishing, controlling, monitoring quality on production process, control of inspection work, NCR, RFQ phase of product and FAI inspection and products release

Candidate skills & requirements

1 Define/update the inspection, test standard, and check sheet to ensure the all needed characteristic are in process control.
2 Define/review the measuring instruments
3 Establish/update the inspection instruction, control plan and the needed quality documents
4 Control of nonconformity by feedback problem to responsible process and get corrective action / Preventive Action with NCR system (To be leader for conducting the 8D report with related dept.)
5 Making decisions if problems arise. Coordinate all Sections Head to achieve an overall efficient result.
6 Inspect FAl samples according to inspection sheet specified and report FAl result to all concerned teams.
7 Responsible for maintaining and ensuring measuring tools/measurement system are capable for monitoring production quality.
8 To receive, maintain, keep of new measuring tools by proper designate rule of opening, return and record status of borrows of the measuring tools.
9 Prepare and summarize quality report for any management purpose i.e. weekly/monthly report, etc.
10 Cooperate with activity i.e. internal audit, kaizen, LEAN or any activities that organization designated
11 Taking care of training personnel to achieve that sufficient skills are present to perform the works
12 Communication with Section Heads and any related
13 Do any other work designated by Quality Manager
