Within the CFAN* and FBA** Finance team, your main responsibilities will be to support the ramp-up of a new engine program for FBA.

Joint Ownership with Finance
• Monitor and prepare inventory forecasts.
• Develop program forecasts (Mid-Term Plan, Budget, ROFO) in collaboration with the Controlling team.
• Proactively contribute to the implementation of financial processes for this new program as related to inventory purchases, tracking and sales.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate inventory counts with external auditors.
• Support and assist in definition of pricing and ensure proper application.
• Support internal controls activities (procedure creation, testing campaigns).
• Improve existing processes and prepare new procedures as identified as the new program further develops.

Supply-chain
• Manage and monitor the program's end-to-end logistics flows.
• Maintain logistics and quality documentation by serial number.
• Ensure accurate tracking and security of information related to parts held by FBA.
• Ensure real-time physical tracking of parts.
• Manage customer and supplier orders from issuance through invoicing.
• Input ERP System transactions and maintain accuracy of inventory by location.
• Initiate Customer demand flow documents in their logistics system for FBA suppliers.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint and Customer data sites for joint usage by FBA, SAE, customer and suppliers.

These responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the VIE's interests, skills, and capabilities.

Parlons de vous

Master's degree in
Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or
equivalent.

Strong proficiency in
IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in ERP
Systems, Power BI tools and SharePoint sites preferred.

Fluent English, both
written and spoken, is required.

Autonomy, rigor, analytical thinking,
coordination and adaptability will be key success factors in this role.
