Job description

a. Cooperate with Facility supervisor for routine service management, such as routine audit, record findings, prepare KPI score card and so on. 协助厂务主管进行日常服务的管理，例如日常评审，问题记录，统计绩效评分等。
b. Cooperate with Facility supervisor for energy management, such as routine audit, data collection and so on. 协助厂务主管进行能源管理，例如日常评审、数据收集等。
c. Cooperate for other facility routine activities. 协助其他日常与厂务相关的工作。
d. Cooperate for 2 facility improvement project, general introduction as below:协助开两项厂务改进项目，总体概述如下：
• Project 1 EAMIC deployment for facility routine maintenance management 项目1，EAMIC软件在厂务日常维保管理中的升级与应用, 40%
1) Complete creation of equipment archives in EAMIC完成设备档案在EAMIC中的建立
2) Complete the STICKER preparation for all of facility equipment 完成所有厂务设备的标签准备
3) Present manual book for both equipment and EAMIC 在设备端与EAMIC端展示设备操作手册
4) Cooperate with data transportation to EAMIC 协助完成EAMIC相关的数据导入
• Project 2 5S improvement of facility drawing management 项目2，厂务图纸管理的5S改进, 30%
1) Cooperate for drawing archive preparation 协助完成图纸档案的建立
2) Cooperate for label replacement 协助完成标签的更新工作
3) Cooperate for preparation of 5S standard photo 协助完成5S标准照的准备工作
4) Cooperate for data transportation to EWP (Enterprise Workspace Portal) 协助完成EWP相关数据的导入
