Job description

You want to embark on an exciting and structuring project for Safran Aircraft Engines Poland : to support the extension of our factory. Join us!
In a few words, it is:
- The extension of our existing factory in Sędziszów Małopolski dedicated to produce Turbine airfoils.
- Production will begin in 2029 to strengthen the supply chain of the civil LEAP engine.
- A chance to develop the future in terms of innovation, industrial efficiency and eco-friendly design.
- A project with high stakes and high visibility.

You are dynamic, rigorous, you have experience in project management, equipment investment and in the management of women and men. You are passionate by the technical areas and you have machining and casting knowledge.
We are looking for our Project Manager to define and organize 6 new large industrialization within the new extension of the factory.
You will lead the project team at all stages from strategy of investment, to implementation of processes required on time and on budget.
You will collaborate with the construction and facility manager to ensure a LEAN implementation, with the experts of our group, with our suppliers and with stakeholders.
Regular trips to Safran Group sites in France.

Candidate skills & requirements

Engineering training or equivalent in technical or process project management industrial.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management roles
- Experience in creation and launch of production
- APQP and aerospace certifications experience required
- Project management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and process optimization.
- Passion for innovative technologies and the energy transition.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage risks and implement action plans.
