In a phase of significant growth and business development, Safran Aircraft Engines, through its joint venture SHAE located in Bangalore (India), specialized in the manufacturing of pipes, ducts & sheet metal brackets for aerospace applications, seeks to strengthen its team by recruiting through the INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME (VIE).

Required Profile:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with an initial experience in industrial project management (including internships or apprenticeships).
- Strong motivation for international assignments, adaptability, autonomy, initiative, and organizational rigor.

Expected Objectives:
- Support business development at the SHAE site, ensure secure industrialization of new products, and reinforce the trustful and coordinated relationship between Indian and French teams.

Assignment Duration:
12 to 24 months (per VIE regulations).

Main Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Organize and lead planning and tasks related to the industrialization of over 200 new parts.
- Guarantee adherence to planning, project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of each new development batch as well as the first production batch.
- Oversee the qualification of samples, processes, and assembly.
- Perform process risk analysis.

Industrialization:
- Build the industrialization file for each new product, defining key milestones and associated manufacturing processes.

Reporting and Communication:
- Serve as the main interface and representative of Safran Aircraft Engines at the SHAE site.
- Provide weekly updates to the French Safran team regarding the progress of each product development.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate any issues or risks promptly.
