- Identify bottlenecks or capacity constraints early to protect supply and demand plans.
- Develop localized processes to analyze and address indirect constraints

- Lead weekly MPS review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, validate any rescheduling, and recommend solutions for backlog or supply chain delays.

Inventory Planning
- Prepare and update BU rolling inventory forecasts, align with defined planning cycles.
- Drive inventory optimization action plans, collaborating with other functions to ensure execution and timely follow-up.
- Validate ERP flow parameters against actuals and propose safety stock policies based on variability analysis.
- Analyze obsolescence and manage stock reallocation or removal as needed through proper governance.

Planning Process Management
- Ensure all S&OP and MPS processes are documented within internal Referential
- Promote continuous improvement, partnering with Methods & Tools to drive transformation and digital initiatives
